Frozen Coke Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor: This promotion is sponsored solely by Get Down to Disness. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or McDonald’s.

3. Entry Period: Giveaway runs monthly from September 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.

4. How to Enter: To enter, submit your email address to Get Down to Disness’s email list. One entry per person per month.

5. Prize: One (1) winner each month will receive a $10 digital McDonald’s gift card, approximate retail value: $10. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about the last day of each month. Winner will be notified via the email address provided. If winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Get Down to Disness, Facebook, and McDonald’s from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

8. Privacy: Email addresses collected will be used in accordance with Get Down to Disness’s privacy practices and will not be shared with third parties outside of prize fulfillment.
